The recent thread about studio songs that were not played live made me think about songs that were fairly regularly played in concert but were never released on official albums (live or studio) while Jerry was still alive. The three that immediately come to mind for me are Peggy-O, Aiko and Jack-A-Roe. According to Dead Base they were played 265, 185 and 115 times respectively. They have since all appeared on various Dick's Picks and other releases, but I would guess that they were the most played tunes that weren't released during the band's run.

Day Job
Don't Need Love
Little Star (aka Bob Star)
Believe It Or Not

Day Job and Believe It Or Not were it out on various archival releases- not sure about the other two but I think they remain unreleased (some may argue this is for the best).

I like Believe It or Not. Anybody know if he played it with JGB? It would have worked in well with his show.

The Wheel is on Jerry's first solo album.
